All in all this vacation was amazing for my boyfriend and i. My only complaint about the beach is the people trying to sell you stuff all day long. The beach at Secrets Akumal is very beautiful, we enjoyed a few days by the ocean. Some lady from the spa asked us every day about services, we got tired of her hounding us. My only complaints are the front desk calling us at 8am-9am every morning to come get some $200 coupons which I was assume for them to push the presentation on us- we were not interested. We ordered room service every morning for breakfast and only visited two restaurants for dinner while there and one outside party dinner. Felipe with beach service, Ana with pool service, Daniel and Jesus at the Manatee bar was amazing, they made sure our cups stayed full! The rooms are very nice, we upgraded from building 9 no preferred partial ocean view to Building 3 Preferred Ocean View- the view was so nice. We would most definitely come visit again. Pics of this resort online do not do it justice, in person it's stunning.
